Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 1, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Serena Health's website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Patient," "you," or "your") and Serena Health ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

Effective Date: These Terms are effective as of March 1, 2026.

Medical Services

Serena Health provides clinician-supervised telehealth services for longevity and weight management therapies. Our services include:

  • Medical intake and evaluation
  • Clinician review and prescribing decisions
  • Prescription fulfillment through our pharmacy partner
  • Ongoing patient support and monitoring

NOT FOR EMERGENCIES: Serena Health services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, chest pain, difficulty breathing, or any life-threatening condition, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

Our services are designed for:

  • NAD+ and peptide therapy for longevity and cellular health
  • GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide) for weight management

We do not treat acute illness, mental health conditions, or conditions requiring in-person examination.

Prescriber-Patient Relationship

By using our services, you establish a prescriber-patient relationship with our licensed healthcare providers. This relationship:

  • Is limited to the specific services we offer
  • Does not replace your primary care clinician
  • Requires you to provide accurate and complete health information
  • May be terminated by either party at any time

Our providers exercise independent medical judgment. Approval for treatment is not guaranteed and depends on medical evaluation of your individual health profile.

Limitations of Telehealth

Telehealth services have inherent limitations compared to in-person care:

  • Providers cannot perform physical examinations
  • Diagnosis may be limited without in-person assessment
  • Some conditions cannot be adequately evaluated via telehealth
  • Technical issues may interrupt or delay communication
  • Emergency situations require in-person care

By using our services, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that telehealth is appropriate for your needs.

Prescription Policies

If prescribed medication through our services:

  • Prescriptions are valid only for the patient to whom they are issued
  • You must use medications only as directed by your provider
  • You must not share, sell, or distribute medications to others
  • You must report any adverse reactions or side effects promptly
  • You must follow up as recommended by your provider
  • You must store medications properly according to instructions

Sharing or selling prescription medications is illegal and may result in criminal prosecution. We may report suspected diversion to appropriate authorities.

Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a legal resident of a U.S. state where we are licensed
  • Have a valid email address
  • Have a valid payment method
  • Be capable of providing informed consent

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and may require additional verification of identity or residency.

Payment Terms

By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated prices. Key payment terms:

  • Timing: Payment is charged only after clinician approval of treatment
  • Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically until cancelled
  • Price Changes: Prices may change with reasonable notice before your next billing cycle
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes
  • Declined Payments: Failed payments may result in service interruption

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not affect orders already processed.
